That nearly sums up my thoughts in regard to these worn-out fanboy conversations. Two thoughts here: 1. You play games, not consoles. 2. Competition is good. Consumer loyalty is a funny thing. See Chevy vs Ford, PC vs Mac, etc. People get so caught up in it that they put bumper stickers on their cars and shit. Whatever. Competition drives innovation. If Sony and MS weren't battling it out, there would be no Wii. There'd be GameCube II or some shit. I've no interest in Wii games, but obviously it has revitalized gaming in many ways. |

Lol. There's actually an article on MSN today concerning classic tech rivals. Meh, it's a decent read but I find it amusing to see the article mirror Locke's comments.

Its cool to have a preference....but writing a console off in fanboy drivel is retarded. Like I prefer the PS3...but I wouldn't give my 360 for anything.

I would have bought a 360, but I prefer something I can use for more than just a game console...
/cough Blu-Ray.
They have the same games minus a few jack off FPS's. All Sony has to do is make a good FPS and the gap is done.
P.S. I'm not trying to start a PS vs. Xbox fight, but I'm sure someone will make sure it keeps goin on!
It really doesn't matter what console you have, as long as you find games to play and have fun with. Who gives a shit which is better. Honestly, all of them are pointless and we should all spend our time doing something more constructive. If I would have spent as much time learning a new language over playing FFXI I could have a better job.

I'll keep it going  Lost Odyssey (one of the best RPG's I've ever played) Infinite Undiscovery (looks to be an awesome RPG) Blue Dragon Eternal Sonata Tales of Vesperia Star Ocean 4 Six very awesome RPG's that I can come up with off the top of my head that are 360 exclusive. |
