Oh god. Must... not... let Arakiel... get his hands... on this...
He's like... never online to begin with. He might as well be in a coma if he finds any more anime to add to his list.

I can't say I watch any of the series on the list. I can't say I've watched anything that can be classified as anime in... well, awhile.
As for watching anime religiously and never being online, you can stream videos without ever popping on Vent or MSN. lol

ahh..
I watch Naruto and Bleach every week. I'm a huge fan of Full Metal Alchemist and I am really looking forward to watching the reboot on my weekly cycle. Senjoy no Valkyria should be amazing just like the video game itself. Others show some promise but are wait and sees.

outside of mgs4, valkyria chronicles is just about the only game that i want on ps3 that isn't also out on xbox360. when white knight chronicles comes out though i may just have to bite the bullet and buy one... the blu-ray player will also be nice :-D.
im also a big full metal alchemist fan and i used to watch naruto all the time, but it takes forever for anything to happen in that fucking series and it really pisses me off. i have to watch 10 episodes of fluff before anything substantial happens :\

Naruto is the new DBZ...although its still not that bad. You can pretty much skip like 50 episodes of filler and still get the point on Naruto. Its getting kick ass now though that Naruto is older.
I'll singe the praise of Uncharted until I die.
This new version of FMA will be very nice. It will stick more closely to the manga instead of going off on its own arc.

That pretty much sums it up for me. There are a lot of great games on the PS3, but nearly all of them are also available for Xbox 360. Then again, MGS4 would pretty much sell the system for me.
I used to watch Naruto and Bleach, myself. I've seen all of the Naruto series up to the first couple of episodes from Shippuden and then quit. The filler in the Naruto series can get to epic proportions. They went like 120 episodes without advancing the main story in the original series. I really like how Shippuden started out, but I can see it following that same path. I suppose I owe it another try, though.
Bleach I managed to watch up until the end of the new arc that followed the Bounto arc (which was kind of meh, in my opinon,) and then it started to take on some of the qualities I really dislike about Naruto and, to a much greater extent, DBZ (which I've never liked.) The series has become incredibly predictable. Step 1: Insert generic "plot twist" that results in a series of paired-off fight scenes and then clear production schedule for the next 6 months. Step 2: show each fight one at a time and drag each one out for several episodes without really adding anything to the expeditionary dialogue. Step 3: fuck all of the combatants up so that they 'barely' manage to scrape by with their lives and then magically fix them up again so that they can repeat steps 1-3 again immediately should all the other fights finish their own individual progressions.
Arakiel tried to turn me onto One Piece with mixed results. There are aspects I appreciate, but my overall feeling was... "meh." Have yet to give FMA a try. I tend to like darker or more mature storylines. Unfortunately, most of the stuff I like is either a one-off standalone piece or part of a mini-series. ><

Ok..so I understand we are talking about PS3 games you think you would like...but its worded as the only PS3 exclusives worth playing and that entirely wrong.
LBP Resistace 1 & 2 Killzone 2 Heavenly Sword Folklore Flower MGS4 God of War 3 Gran Turismo 5 Warhawk Ratchet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction Ratchet and Clank Quest for Booty Ratchet and Clank (yet to be named) Uncharted 1 & 2 Valkyria Chronicles Motorstorm1 & 2 White Knight Chronicles Infamous FFXIII Versus Wipeout HD Heavy Rain M.A.G Yakuza 3 Trico Jak & Daxter 4 Twisted Metal Demon Souls The Agency
Short list off the top of my head...some are future What does the 360 have above and beyond these? No Halo in sight...no Gears of War anytime soon....Mass Effect 2 has gone multiplatform...so has the next Bioshock..Lost Planet 2 will almost def come to the PS3.......so what? List Wars time.

Didn't say anywhere in there that those were the only games worth buying on the system. Simply stated that in my eyes, Metal Gear Solid 4 is enough to justify my purchase.
Either way, we have a completely separate thread dedicated to this ongoing debate.
