OK, My cable company is PISSING ME THE FUK OFF...
I finished my remodeling and moved into my new home, well I do all the things that I need to do, change of address and misc. stuff like that.
Well then the SHIT hit the fan.. I called my cable company to say "Hey come hook me up my internet service in my new house". Now this is What happend.
REP. "Hello my name is Whore, how can I help you?"
Photon. "Hey there I was calling to see if you guys can come out to my house to hook-up my internet service".
REP. "Sure thing, Well I see you have a previous balance, will you be paying that off too?
Photon. "Sure, thing missy".
<REP puts me on hold>
Outta nowhere REP comes back on the phone and tells me this.
REP. "Well I have aviliable appts for Monday May 2nd".
<At this point all I could do is say>
Photon. "Fuk you. Don't you see my appt time for Monday april 25 there?/?/?".
<Thats when I planed for my service to back on>
REP. "No, I have basic cable being installed not networking.."
Photon. "Fuk you".
REP. "Excuse me??"
Photon. "Ohh Nothing, Well this is done in Error, cause when I made the appt, it was for internet service not cable, I have DirectTV now, all I was wanting is my internet up and running".
REP. "Sorry Sir, I can't help you there. All I can do you you right now is setup a new Appt. for internet services".
Photon. "Ok, whats the soonest date again?/?
REP. "Monday May 2nd".
Photon. "Fine, Thank you"
<After the call. "Hung-up">
Photon. FUKN DAMN DAMN...
So thats my short story about way its going to be awhile before I can get back. the REP did state that i can call and check for sooner appts, due to cancelations.
Rigghhhttt.....
but I hope i can get something sooner, so I'll hound them all day and night until i can aget sooner.
