i just wanted to post the mock trial problem for this semester. not sure if anyone is interested in becoming an attorney or if there are any attorneys on the shell, but this is kind of neat. it's not a great topic, but it should be hella fun. here's the link: www.tyla.org/pdfs/01-21-05%20NTC%20revised%20problem.pdf

i'll post the international criminal court moot court problem once i get more info. i'm sure it will be more interesting than the mock trial one. i can't wait for this stuff to start! they should be done by the end of october, so in just enough time for exam studying to begin >< /shudder.

i just hope i kick some serious ass! there are some people that are competing that are just so full of themselves that i want to put them in their places! lol, well, that's just the goal for now at least

speaking of law, I´m graduating this semester in management for international business and I´m on the third semester of law school, so I´m writing my graduation paper about how the ship transport contracts (aka BL) applies to the brazilian law
I´d post it but u guys wouldn´t understand anyway lol
