is anyone else having a problem getting online today? just curious if they fixed the problem (some hackers or some shit fucked with pol --> checked pol.com). so yeah. just curious if anyone's had any luck.

yes, metamorphosis is good, but i'm not reading that short story (read it in undergrad, but now i'm reading stuff that deals more with the law and how it's perceived in literature). we read the trial for last week's class (very good, although unfinished). now i'm reading some more of his short stories: the penal colony, a message from the emperor, and thejudgment. the penal colony (which i'm only half through now), seems to be interesting... i think i know what's going to happen (he's just a tad formulaic once you get down to reading a lot of his works at one time...). anyways, just thought i'd chat while i'm sitting here reading, doing laundry, and waiting for class to start. =bored to tears=
