Hello. My name is Rivero. I'm a 31 MNK/15 THF,(Hoping to get more levels soon, PT rate in Yhoator is slow..) I am Rank 2. With great knowledge of jobs and their roles, I also am a Mentor for 2 months, I've been helping all those who seek help, Never too busy to help BTW. I was in a great LS until they all left. I'm looking for a new LS with other players and I'm always there to help. I am currently in Yhoator Jungle, if not I'm in Pashlow Marshlands farming the Gobbues. If you want send me a /tell and I'll be glad to meet you guys! I do not know any of your members personally but I have seen part of the race you were hosting, ^_^ And I will be happy to get to know you guys if you meet me in FFXI.

Where do I begin? I'm an Elv f from San d'Oria, and I would very much like to become a member of EternalDarkness. I'm in a couple of linkshells already, but the two that I'm on are rather small in scale, and lack the organization that ED provides. Generally, it's difficult to find party members among my present shellmates, simply due to lack of size. Likewise, though there is socialization amongst the members, I don't find myself actually doing things with them, and would very much like to participate in raids and other LS-oriented events. My levels are as follows (omitting everything below 10).
37 WHM
25 PLD
18 RDM
15 WHM
53 cook
35 gold

Hola LS! This is Destro, just made it to Lvl. 31 last night...Woot!
My jobs and levels are:
MNK/31
WAR/13
WHM/10
BRD/1
SAM/5
BLM/10
THF/6
RNG/5
My only Craft is Bonecrafting and i have it to lvl 4, i fish a little also.
My main job is still questionable, although i like the SAM alot. I will try to focus on my MNK a little more. I want to check out Garlaige Citadel.
I'm looking for an easy going LS that likes to have fun. But, also one thats willing to help if needed. I will bring a sense of humor and a desire to accomplish as much as possible to the LS. I like to help whenever possible, no matter how small or big. Although i am still new, I think i can bring some enthusiasm and desire to help and accomplish many Hunts/Raids, Ranks, Quests and Missions. I'm an easy going person and get along with almost anybody, I will ask for help only when all other options are taken.
I've always liked Final Fantasy and plan on playing this for a long time.
I've been a fan of the game since FF7.
I found out about the LS through EDJR, which i was a member of. I recentely partied with Dahek, Percival, and Jem in Kazham. Raishinshi was there giving instructions, and helping the group. He made me puller and tank, which seemed to work pretty well. The mandy would kick the crap out of me then he threw Cure 3 on me, very nice! I also partied with Eight in Quifim for a short while.

Hi, my name is Jonathan, I play FFXi on computer and I might be getting FFXi on PS2 as well so I can play with my brothers at the same time. My older brother is Markus and he's in ED. I am an old friend of Koga (we used to play UO together and I was in his guild) and I would like to continue playing with him as well as my brother. I am currently an aspring LvL 11 monk and I hope to eventually be part Warrior and part Dragoon (my favourite FF Character is Kain, a dragoon, from FFII). As previously mentioned, I have played an MMORPG and I'm used to how they work and how partying and interacting is necessary for success and I think I could help others my level as much as they could help me.

Hey everyone!
I was first introduced to this linkshell through my roommate Krazi. He had just recently been accepted and I was luckily able to get a view of what this linkshell embodies, the community effort. Its awesome. The choco races, the fund raising, the raids, etc. But all of this is only accomplished by helping each other out. In other words, what a gamer receives from this link is only measured by the effort he/she puts into the game. And I believe I can add to ED's community effort.
I am a male Taru, Rank 2 (soon to be rank 3, need to go kill dragon). Hailing from my home country of Windhurst.
Currently, my jobs are: 31Whm/20Blm/3Thf
As for my short term goals, I would like to get my Whm up to level 36. I believe this could be a great asset for the link. At this level, raises and teleports to Dem, Mea, or Holla are only a /tell away. Just ask (I always get a thrill from raising the dead, woot woot). And for any ED or EDjr member's money is no good for such services . My alchemy craft is a work in progress at this point.....still at a relatively low level. Nonetheless, this craft is something I want to pursue and will work at. If there's an item within my power to make, its done. If you have the materials for an item, its done. I don't view this craft as a means to exploit products for cash, but more as a way to benefit everyone as a whole.
In the future, I look forward to completing my summoner quest. This job, paired up with the blm or whm, will be my main focus in the game. I'm also interested in playing around with the bard. My biggest difficult at this point is deciding to lvl a rdm or not. From there I could try different combinations between the rdm, blm, whm, sum, and bard. Who knows........
If there's one person who knows me the best in real life as well as ingame, that man would be Krazi. I've known Krazi for a good part of this past decade. And we've partied several times since the PS2's release.
That should wrap things up for my application. If anyone has questions or concerns, feel free to post them on this thread or drop me a line ingame. My door is always open.

Hello there! I guess I'll start off by saying how impressed I was that your link decided to do something different with the game and start racing chocobos. I was in the first race and enjoyed it fully, even though I lost. Since then I have been chattin a little with Avlon one of the current members of Eternal Darkness. I went to the ign network and saw a post saying you were looking for some new blood in the shell. Well I am currently a 30 monk, 15 white mage, and 11 thief. My plan in the game is to take the thief to 15 and switch to the ninja for a bit. Then the job I want to take all the way is the ranger. I want to be a ranger/ninja and sub out the thief for farming. I was a member of the Sleep linkshell for a while until Liyo, Benr, and Thynomalis decided they didn't like farming anymore and quit. Soon after the link died. One of the guys started his own but it currently only has 4 members and no one really does anything with eachother. I want to be part of a shell that works together as a team. I will be able to contribute to the shell. I am looking for more than just a game to play. I am looking for an experience to live. Anyway this next statement might make the decision easy for you unfortunetly. My best friend and another friend of mine are going to be starting up when ps2 version comes out. I would really like to be on the same shell as them. I guess what I am trying to say is that I would like them to be considered, after they prove themselves in the game of course, for a spot in the group if I am accepted. I am willing to work with you guys for whatever is needed to allow me to join your fine shell. Please let me know either way. If you accept, great, I look forward to meeting everyone. If not send me a tell sometime if you need some help with something. Thanks for the consideration.

Hello my name is Markus and I would like to join Eternal Darkness. Koga told me about this Linkshell. Koga and I used to play UO together. My younger brother was in Koga'a guild in UO. That's how I met Koga. All my UO characters were named after Final Fantasy characters. So you can imagine that I'm a FF fan. One game I am no longer a fan of is...UO.
So one day I decide to save some of my old UO friends. I go on ICQ and who's online but unavailble? Koga. So I send him a message anyway. I pretty much tell him that UO sucks and he would love FF. His N/A message said: Busy playing FF. I was a level 26 Rdm on Caitsith but since Koga has like a 45 mnk...I'm now a 19 Whm, 17 Blm on Titan.
I know that I'm not level 30 but I'm pretty humble and take advice well. Koga already gave me my pearl, but I won't put it on until I send some of you /tell's. I am really anxious to equip the pearl though...People keep asking me to join there linkshell and I have to keep explaining why I can't.
