Hey guys why have we closed recruitment in the LS? I mean we need to be recruiting people with select jobs if were ever gunna start doing HNM and stuff. I see that we dont have many smn level 70+ and BLM 70+ are kinda slim in the shell also ... We have plenty of RNG I believe Destro, slap, etc.. but What about BRD ody is our lone singing man lol . We have lots of RDM WHM and melees and too many DRK >.> lmao j/k to the drk but anyway just thought id put my .097628 cent in

I'll chime in here, for those of you that wonder. It's important to expand a linkshell to meet higher goals, but when a linkshell expands too fast cliques will form and problems begin to occur. Somebody asks for help and 95% of the linkshell won't know who they are, whether they are a linkshell hopper, whether this person would help other ls people etc etc.
So, we need to slow for a bit, we've had a bit of an explosion and now it's time to get to know each other a little better before we reopen full recruitment. Maybe a week, maybe a month, but it will reopen again. In the meantime, the best thing the average member can do is get to know other members. Participate in the boards. Participate in the /random conversations in game. These will all help us get to be that close knit family we've always been.

Membership status: Full-Time EO Member (This is defined as wearing EO 85% of the time)
If you do not meet these requirements, please check back in a few weeks, as we will most likely have a more open recruitment again.
Some exceptions may be made for friends of long time loyal EO members. Post your application and reference your friend's name in it please. Also it would be helpful if you asked your friend to speak to the sackholders on your behalf.
Indicates that we have totally closed recruitment? As corran stated, we have slowed down, but if you read the application guidelines we are not closed, merely more selective for a short period of time.
