So, it appears that SE has charged me twice this month bringin my bill to $27.90. I'm thinking it's because I reactivated meeks this month, but I am not sure. So, I turn to SE's customer service chat so that I can quickly ask if this is their error or mine. This is what I've dealt with for the past 40 minutes:

Michele : Just wanted to clarify that the charge should be $13.95 for this month, as it has been in the past... from what i thought. It is now $27.90
FFXI TSR Scott: Whenever a Content ID is purchased or reactivated, the fees are postponed to the first of the following month. This makes the next bill appear to be a double the normal amount. You are in fact paying for the month in which you reactivated the account and the next
upcoming month. Any future fees would return to the normal amount.
Michele : I see, so that charge was for June and July?
FFXI TSR Scott: Did you reactivate at any time in June?
Michele : I can't honestly remember if I reactived in June or the beginning of July
Michele : I I think it was June, now that I review my records
FFXI TSR Scott: You can review that from the PlayOnline Viewer. Select Service and Support and go to Membership and choose Fees.
Michele : I I just did that before I started the chat. There were two fees listed in July, nothing for June...
Michele : IIt had four charges, 2 for $12.95 and 2 for $1, and next to two fo them it said Reactivation
Michele : I only have two content IDs though

Michele : Yes
FFXI TSR Scott: That would mean you paid for June in July.
Michele : Ok thanks
Now... I'm not claiming to be the brightest bulb... but wouldn't he have access to just check if I registered in June or July. I knew that I registered in June, but this guy seems to not know anything about my account... Why then did I have to give my Account number and phone number and all this other information so that they can identify me?
