Im extremely disappointed, though I know that doesnt matter to you. If you are no longer in EO, go away already and stop advertising on this website. Im also considering starting a LS myself, however if Im stupid enough to do so, I will NOT be posting on this board trying to steal members. (I would steal mind you, but not by posting). -t |

Ditto. .......................... I am a vulgar motherfucker. But I realized that I was in a positin where I would be under a microscope. SO. I did the smart, politically correct thing and made sure I tonned it down. I was never aware that any members had a problem with cursing, vocabulary or LS chat topics. I wish someone would of told me, I may have tried to find a solution. But, for the record, no one in LS has ever offended me so I never considered setting LS chat rules. I just assumed everyone would at least be educated enough to not make racial, sexist or anti-gay comments. To my knowledge, no one has ever been ignorant. Lockejv. Damn, where do I start? Our paths have crossed in many indirect ways. **History Lesson** I left Caithsith to join Koga on Titan. Koga got me into ED at level 18, 12 levels lower then required. Lockejv was the leader of ED at that time. Time passed, an ED SH booted my brother...EO was born and soon after Locke disbanded ED. I belive Locke said he disbanded ED because he never asked or wanted to be leader, he just wanted to be Locke. One year later, look where we are now. Tork said last night in a subject completely unrelated to this thread: When will people in this game learn that, to achieve certain goals you may have to cooperate with people that you may not neccessarily like. I am not gonna take sides. BUT. Lockejv > Kinya. Wooops. I guess I will take sides. Kinya, you have one small conflict and you run away. This is how you repay all your friends who have been there for you? No, I do not mean me. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to get to know each other. But you must of made some friends in EO? As far as your new LS goes, I wish you the best of luck. It may prove to be a harder task then you realize. Damn it feels good to be a member. |

EO was born and soon after Locke disbanded ED. I belive Locke said he disbanded ED because he never asked or wanted to be leader, he just wanted to be Locke. One year later, look where we are now. I dunno if the entire story of the death of ED has ever been told. Bits and pieces - yes, but there were a lot of things that led to the downfall. Maybe tomorrow at work ^^ Time for sleep. PS - I hope you guys will keep EO together and meet your goals. Some of the top LS's on Titan have been through much worse in the past, and overcame the difficulties to succeed. |

bleh, i tried to post and my isp at work rail-roaded me.  anyways, what the gist of what i tried to say (before it got deleted), was that i've been gone and out of the loop for a long time. i'm not sure what's going on with kinya, per se, but i do understand that the shell has gotten quite crowded as of late. however, i'm not going to leave because this is my home. who knows, the new high levels may decide to move on and the older members of EO will remain loyal and all will be like it was. however, if they don't then it just means that our family is growing larger. and while you may not like your new brother- or sister-in-law, you still have to deal with the ups and downs like an adult. i'm happy to be a member, and i hope that my low level/rank will not displace me from the group. just remember, folks, it's just a game. believe me, much worse things could have happened (just look at the tragedy in london today). this is not the end of the world (this merger, pety fights over ls, or whatever the issue at hand may be in your own minds as you sit an ponder the meaning of EO and why you've joined/continued in the ls). we'll move on and grow stronger.... cheers, snow |
