From time to time I will be going through all of the accounts registered on this site and deleting members who have very few posts and have not posted in an extremely long time, or members who have not posted at all.
If you do not want your account deleted, I would ask that you simply participate in the forum usage.

Any chance on cleaning up the site for post that are multiple?
I want to post a new Promy Thread but there seams to be 3 existant.
I would like 1 thread for Promies and so I can update the starting thread with all the ppl that need it and which ones ....i got the ideal from rowr with the ZM and i like it very much.
I would like my first thread to link to the 3 other threads and to show the list of ppl and what promy they need but i can not put the other threads in archieve.
let me know if this is possible and how often u all clean this site up for multiple threads of similar subjects if u clean it at all?

Quite honestly, I dont clean up posts unless unusual circumstances or a response is blatantly not relevant to a serious discussion.
In the case of your request, if everyone stops posting on the current threads, they will slowly move down the page and onto the next as threads with new posts are always at the top. You can of course start a new thread and post links in it.
My suggestion has always been 1 run/raid per thread. This way it minimizes confusion and keeps the thread from getting huge unnecessarily.
