Just felt like posting some old screen shots, so here they are!
11/03/03: My second screen shot ever taken. Think I was level 8 THF. Pretty much speaks for itself.
11/30/03: ED's first official raid. ED being Eternal Darkness, the shell that most of EO's founders and early members came from.
12/25/03: Lizzy drops for me, 1/1. It was unreal, first time I ever even saw her. I was 30THF/10WAR. Had some time in between Christmas parties, so I figured what the hell! Easily one of my most memorable Christmas presents ever...still have the same pair from that day ^^
12/26/03: ED's Christmas raid! From left to right: Buffy (EO), Puchuu, Kevorkean (ED Founder), Avanarius (EO/AoV) Ricesteam, Drasken (lol), Mixia (CRM founder), Cydian, Ziero, Raishinshi (AoV), Lockejv (huh?), Ladyscarlet, Kenja, Dragonbane (ITV founder), Gumore, Hiyoki, Lesterp (EO/ITV). Shown in the second pic: Tenshi on the right, and Daeka (EO/JR) in the background.
12/29/03: Twinkling Treant! FFXI's '03 Christmas festival was 10 Twinkling Treants on each server in zones right outside the cities. Level 20 cap, anyone participating in the event could attack it. Essentially was a Dynamis stress test, and also to encourage the JP players to work together with NA. If your server defeated all 10 Treants, you got the Outpost Warp availability. (Even the servers that didn't finish the quest got the warp...Titan did kill all of them.) I think it was the best holiday event, was a lot of fun. A lot of death! Outpost warps are nice and all, but I've still never done any of the quests...
01/03/04: Happy New Year! Screwing around in Rolanberry waiting for CN PT members to show up. Gamereaver! Same Gamereaver? I dunno, he never really said much, then or now. Raddick, JR's current leader. Savant is still around, and that's Feathers on the right. He was a funny guy, but quit long ago.
01/04/04: Powerlevelled by Hampty Enterprises. That's Rinley, who was a level 3x WHM at the time. I had no idea!
01/07/04: Stahn, Louanne, Feathers - CN party. Feathers was a DRK and he tanked that party. But we had 2 WHM's so we thought it was OK...
01/17/04: Valkurm Emperor: 2nd claim, 1st drop. I sold my Hairpin so it's not the same one I have now, but it's still the best evasion gear for head slot. (Better than O Hat because +3 agi = more evasion.)
1/25/04: Me, Koga and Raddick doing a Rank Mission. This was when Ionis threw his boomerang off the third floor of Castle O. to a ground level Yag, and created the biggest train I've ever seen. He blames me for it too ><
01/27/04: That night I XP'd with the two people I admire most on Titan: Wildrose and Odessa. They only let me join because they started a static and Mixia was at Disney World or some shit. It was an honor to group with those two.

02/08/04: Gustaberg Tour quest! You have to be level 5 or less to do it, and be in a party of 5 or more. That's Raishinshi's mule on the left, and on the right you'll see Tlieaxu and Nyphani. IIRC they were subless at the time, and I believe they're a couple who runs an end-game LS now. Raven Dynamis is their shell.

03/19/04: Bastok Welcoming Committee unite! When I'd come home after having a few I'd sometimes stand on that balcony and wave hello or goodbye to people entering / exiting Bastok. I got a kick out of the responses. Almost always, people would stop and look around for me. Sometimes bored shell members would join me. My first SS with Krazi!
3/24/04: I gave Andyliu an ED pearl when he was a level 4 WHM. I led him to the Holla crystal. Little did I know that he'd use that crystal to teleport the legions of gilsellers he powerlevelled (Arrrr, Huh, Lmao, etc.)
04/18/04: My only other SS of Wildrose
I could ramble on about him, but I don't think anyone reading this will remember the name. He did come back a few months ago, and levelled BRD with a Hume char named Ogre. Said I'd help him with his AF, but haven't seen him since. Hooked on WoW....FTL.
04/20/04: Cydian's papyrus raid, had a good turnout. Stanislaw, in the second pic, is a mod on KI and also was one of the first to obtain a Kraken club on Remora. He left Titan, not sure why. Kalvatar wore EO, and was the first NA on Titan to get a Ridill, the best offhand weapon in game by far. Ridill = god.
04/24/04: Bastok Mission Time!
04/27/04: Stiehl and Ujio were well-liked and well-respected players. I wish they didn't quit FFXI Ricebowl was pretty funny, actually started playing the game with a Galka named Ricesack, but liked BLM better. He was quite the crass Taru, but, seeing as how he was Taru, he got away with shit other races would get banned for!
05/02/04: I'm pretty sure Yas/Aidan/Raddick and Odessa were all part of the first NA group to get Sky. Here they are killing Aquarius over two years ago.
05/08/04: Level 1 Race with ED / EDJr.
05/14/04: This JP MNK helped me get my AF in Sauro. Sent a blind tell (Please Help!) and she did.
05/16/04: Corran, Mistform and Daeka! Not sure what we were doing...
05/18/04: This was the worst NIN (Apistolis) and WHM (Babycat) combination ever. I only stayed with the party because I was so close to levelling, but I ended up warping after the WHM got herself killed for the 5th time (no lie) because the NIN couldn't blink worth a damn.
05/22/04: Galkachief! A great NIN, one of the first NA NIN's to 75. He's back as Gkc now too after a long departure, and levelling quickly ^^
05/22/04: Mixia, Namie and Galkachief helping kill Dark Spark for THF AF. At the time, Namie and Avanarius were an "item" so to speak...until a few weeks later when it was revealed that Namie was played by a guy! (burn)
05/24/04: I needed about 3K to ding 59 and just couldn't find a party. I sent Shantel (one of the more controversial Tarus on Titan at that time) a /tell, and she said she'd get it for me. Funny that Chewbar (helps Irteh run Elitez Dynamis) is in this pic! 58-59 was the hardest struggle for me, I dunno why, but anything that could go wrong did.
05/24/04: After I levelled I met up with Stahn to ditch my damn Brigandine for a Cotehardie. I couldn't have been happier!
05/26/04: My first SS of Miruuk, and fun with ED. We claimed one of the broken down buildings in Sauro as ED Headquarters for unknown reasons.
05/27/04: Pwning Shadow Lord: /ja "Uppercut to Shadowlord's ass"! Dynamis Lord is next! Didn't think it would be 2 years...but well worth the wait!
05/31/04: I couldn't find the Castle Zvahl coffer for my AF body. I even fell in the basement and died >< Stahn got tired of listening to me bitch, so he came out and found it for me Never had an issue finding coffers, but for some reason I just couldn't figure that place out.
05/31/04: I failed picking this coffer 3 times and ran out of Skeleton Keys in the process. Celias, one of the first 75 THF and one of AoV's top THFs (honorable mention to Hoshino), came along after me and got Mimic her first try. She got owned.
06/05/04: Good times, good times...or remembering them at least. Pogo's ill-fated return.
06/26/04: This was my goodbye pic to ED when I unequipped the shell for the last time
07/23/04: Now that I was 60 with full AF, it was time to begin operation Scorpion Harness. I camped Stroper Chymes for days, with a lot of success. Earlier I spent some time camping Argus with Twix. We would compete for bats, and he'd always win the claim. He wouldn't tell me why, until he admitted to using a turbo controller. So I went out and bought a Nostromo turbo pad, and went back for round 2 with Twix. I tweaked the settings until I could beat him almost every time. Then I went and cleared out Ordelles Stroper Chyme camps, I'd show up and parties would just leave. Back then the Archer Ring dropped off them, and it sold for 300k. Shitty drop rate, but I camped until I got burned out after selling 10 rings, or 60% of the Scorp Harness, which was 5M. Got three in one full moon phase.
07/25/04: Set my sights on Castle O, went 1/1 on Mee Deggi to just about finish my farming.
07/25/04: Not everything went well...but I warped, came back and picked the repop for an Astral!
07/25/04: I did it! I even took a video when I bought it. Scizl (he also jumped to Remora) helped me out by buying some of my other equipment that wasn't moving at the AH. Now you just do a few BCNM's for it, or farm a few dozen stacks of beehive chips.
07/27/04: I was so burned out after getting the Harness I quit. I got a bit too passionate about the game during that time, and felt I was neglecting other priorities, so I decided to stop. One of the last things I did was help Mirowr get a Hornetneedle! Odessa showed up to help as well, and with a bit of forshadowing, told me to follow her to get a paintbrush for sky: "Trust me - you'll be needing this."
08/05/04: My last day, Tempus ran out to Ordelles and dropped his ED admin pearl. I thought it was a fitting end to my FFXI career...little did I know I'd be back in three months ready to take things to the next level!
