god dam it how long it goin to take to release the game im goin nuts waiting on it wanna play it like yesterday.
wanna hide in a box so hurry up and get it in shops i wanna buy it i got my box waitin out side the shop to so hurry

I still can't even get my hands on a Wii... (No, gentlemen - I'm not accepting applications. >_>)
Seriously though. I'd rather they delay it SIX months and make a flawless game we'll be playing for five years, like Melee... than release it early and leave the stink of what COULD have been a perfect game, but was merely mediocre (FFXII, anyone?)

oh agreed but still wanna play it. u know this goin to kill u but im goin to have 2 wii's come the weekend lol. i got on here at home and goin to have an other one in my girlfriends apartment to lol.
and i nearly died when i heard ffxii on the wii is that true or a rumour if it true i so cant wait i played them all and my fav is ffix love it
played ffxi online for bit to on pic never really got in to it still have so might throw it back on again .

I'm confused - are we talking about IX, XI, or XII?
I haven't heard anything about FFXII being released on the Wii. Is it *impossible?* Probably not, given the fact Square-Enix and Nintendo have finally patched up their relation and are buddy-buddy again. That said, it would be incredibly difficult to port the game to another system... I'd say chances are higher of seeing it on X-box than Wii, but who knows? At any rate, I wouldn't bet on it.
And yeah, it does kill me! I've been trying to get one really actively for the last 3-4 months now, and I absolutely refuse to pay a 100% markup online or buy a crappy bundle pack for $700 to get a $250 system. I've been calling in and checking in game stores almost every day for a month now with no luck, if it keeps up I may buy the new "adventure" pack from Gamestop. It's still a bundle - but at least it comes with Metroid Prime 3 and Zelda.

zedla is awesome been playin it on and off for a bit now really like it.
also had mario and sonic over the xmas it a fun game swimming is really fun you be wrecked after it lol my fav on it is the archery and hammer throw.
as for ffxii its a rumour i heard hoping it true if it is be great if not that ok. but i wont buy a ps3 not worth the money. well thats my opinion on it. would reather buy an xbox 360.

This is getting pretty ridiculous, though.
I've called literally every gamestop/ebgames in a 25 mile radius of me (about 20) every single day for going on three weeks now, and nobody has it, and nobody's seen it. If they DO get them in, somehow I end up missing them (despite calling right after they get their shipments) and they tell me they were bought out in like the first hour.
Fuck it, I'll buy one in 2021 when they're available.
19 phone calls. 21 days. That's 399 phone calls. That's about 5 times the number of calls I dialed AND received the entire last year put together.
Saddest part is, I have this down to a science now... I can do my entire round of phone calls in approximately 12 minutes.

i know i shouldnt but lol.
i wont rub it in then. i got mine on a wim before xmas was wlking past game and went in for something else i think it was a game for my niece for her pink ds. any way was at the count and saw a bundle deal for the wii and well just asked for one there and then two minutes later i was walkin out the shop with it. the friday before xmas i thought wasnuts as no one could get any anywhere at all.
pickin a second one up this weekend for in my girl friends she wants one to lol.
shame you not living my neck the woods you would get one no problems.

Yeah, I gave up on it and bought a 360 Pro for almost the same price. >_>;;
I'll get the Wii next year... hopefully it won't still be ridiculously hard to get then.

I almost regret getting the 360 instead now. I was just checking out some of the videos on the Japanese version of Brawl, and, in short - it looks AMAZING. Basically any qualms I had about the gameplay have been cleared up... and if you found yourself sorely disappointed with the cast of characters that got the axe in the initial character listing in the website, let me just say that you should probably check that disappointment...

Let's just say the the cast is surprisingly large. The confirmed character list doesn't only scratches the surface... and if you found yourself attached to a specific character from a past game (as in my case,) you probably won't be disappointed.
