Is it Evrae you're talking about? the one you have to fight on the deck and u cant summon cuz Yuna has been captured -.- First i had overdrives ready with all my characters (cept with wakka cuz he sucks ass big time lol), i think u can fight inside the airship if i remember correctly >.> to boost them to full. You want to stay as close as possible to Evrae and throw him your overdrives, i used Rikku ability too.. the one that allows you to throw gil at the mob and it makes damages lol >.> its called "spare change" ..when Evrae readies his big breath, dont remember the name, pull back, i think only rikku and tidus can use the option, make sure u time it correctly by "passing" if necessary.. U dont wanna take his breath up front or you'll lose lol, other than that hes easy.. the "spare change" ability works great if u're rich =P .. also use albed pots, they are great.. and grenade or whatever you can throw at him while you're away from his breath GL =P

If I'm remembering this fight correctly, (it's been a long time, forgive me if I'm not) Wakka is a big help here due to his ranged attack. The character I always found to be the most useless was always Kimahri.

Best set up... for the entire game... including the near impossible fights
Wakka, his Slot attack is the only way to kill some of the later bosses
Tidus, His quick attacks add up later on.
Aruon... if you don't know... you suck.

Best setup for me was Tidus taken down Aurons path, and then down Wakka's path.
Auron taken down Tidus' path, and then taken down Wakka's path.
And lastly ... Wakka taken down Aur ... ya get the idea.
All members with breaks, quick hits, buster moves. Not to mention Hastega.
