Who says games have to be computer/video games how about one of the greatest games of all time RISK!!!. lol i forgot how much fun that game can be i just got done dominating a game where i took over asia while the other guys went crazy it was alot of fun.... i think board games are over looked cause they are thought of as childish but this was a great time. any intresting risk storeies?

RISK is by far my favorite board game of all time. I used to meet weekly with a group of friends to play, but I haven't done this in a while. I will have to plan something in the near future.

yeah its alot of fun i forgot.... .lol back in my jr. high days i played a game called War hammer and now the friends that i played risk with want to get into it.... I have about 1k dollars invested in that stuff and its just sitting in my attic

Somewhat familiar with warhammer, but never got into it, too damn expensive. And I suck at painting miniatures. However, I do own a copy of the warhammer rpg, mildly rare rpg that never caught on, using the warhammer fantasy universe of course.

Ah cool, yeah its was a very expensive hobby. I have some really well painted minatures that i'm rather proud of lol. I also won some tournies, won like 150bucks

I played Warhammer 40k for a while, I played the Eldar. Was good at painting the figures too, used a tiny brush for the more detailed stuff.

hehe I play monopoly with my friends from time to time when I spend night at someone else's house, played Risk once w. em but we all suck and I ended up kamikazaeing

risk is a cool b.game i use to play it all the time with my 2 older brothers only thing is we would play for like a week to finish one game
monopoly was fun too but i think risk was much better

yeah i got into warhammer 40k aswell, that was a pretty ass kick game, only bad part was after i dumped bout 800 or so into it the shop that ran the touraments round here closed up an died  , so now all my peices are sittin round not being used, i don't even remmeber how to play the game anymore <- played as Marines myself, lol i am sure Z knows this or could make a darn good guess Z - X, whats ur fav race in Avp1-2... Marines Z - X, whats your favorite race in conquest frontier wars, Humans Z - X, whats your favorite race in starcraft humans, favorite unit, marines / firebats / sniper Z - X, whats your favorite race in warcraft 3, humans, lol see a pattern? as for other board games, i usta love playin chess alot too, i wasn't too bad at it |

LOL 40k i was Da Orcs and in Warhammer i was Dwarves and empire. Actually the empire was my armor my friends played with. Ah yes chess is a fun game, i play it alot with my brother. Warhammer was expensive !!! and what the hell do you do with the stuff after you drone it has 0 re sale value what so ever. it sucks i have probally... now that i think about it over 2k invested with 3 armies and alot of other little junk.... i as well have completely forgotten how to play

I like chess. By far my favorite board game. It can get so intense and after beating someone you feel good bout out smarting and out wittin your oppenent. Complete mind game that makes you think at all times...
