Before I go into details...DON'T BE WORRIED!!! Also if you have a weak stomach...might want to ask me for the quick and easy details. This is just in case Yuna and myself disappear suddenly. Basically there is a possible complication or 2. Yuna has an abnormal discharge that needs to be checked. If it turns out to be amniotic fluid, she will need to prematurely deliver the baby. Within 48 hours prematurely deliver the baby.... She will get tested tomorrow to find out for sure. Most discharges are very normal during pregnancy..so it could be nothing but estrogen levels rising. Secondly she has been previously diagnosed with Vaginal Strep B. Just a bacteria in her lower intestines and vaginal area that really goes unnoticed throughout life. However it can affect the child as its being birthed. There is no cure for it and she will have it forever. She will have to get an antibiotic IV before the birth to weaken the bacteria as much as possible. This can cause complications in the birth or even after the birth for both child and mother. Just wanted to update everyone...sorry for going into such vivid details...nothing serious to worry about, but you are our family so we have to share I'm sure you all would be mighty upset if something bad did happen and we didn't tell you Wish us luck.

Good luck, like you said I am sure it will be fine. Medical science is the shit. You guys should try the old fashioned way. Find a field. Squat. And let errr rip!

It is rather amazing what modern medicine can do. My neighbor just recently had to have a child prematurely-- she wasn't even 2/3 of the way through her pregnancy-- and the kid's doing well. Needed some extra care, but still doing well. So yeah, my point is everything will work out well no matter what happens. Perhaps as a new father I'm overly optimistic about such things, but I believe more in the power of positive thinking than in preparing for the worst. ...And my wife strongly recommends an epidural.

awww lol, you guys are gonna make me cry!
The appointment is this afternoon, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'm sure we will be fine even if we have to deliver early, I'm sure the baby will be strong enough to make it through anything. But its better to be safe than sorry.
But I will have an update tonight. Thanks everyone! We love you!

As always, our concerns as well as our best thoughts go with you both, Yuna... everything will work out for the best, but for now - take care of yourself. That's the most important thing.
