Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I found a fix that will help you out: www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=31281It's a popup and startup that doesn't want to go away about conterfeit windows products. What I did instead of trying to be lightning fast with the tastmanager end>delete program was have recycle bin open as well and after I ended task on the program I grabbed the exe from the folder and dragged it over. After you've done everything it likes to bring up the update again but just go to custom install, unclick and close. Good luck!

spybot search and destroy, ad-aware, Hi-jack this and its fellow tools, will also get rid of it.
