The shortest of the short...
Some pothead made a website with a timer, and a world map showing red dots on places with lots of n00bs. People saw it, showing no info on what it was and declared it was terrorist. people hacked it, tried to decode it etc etc. In the end it meant nothing it was a joke, some experiment to show how paranoid people are. all the codes and hacks people did and wha they found were all coincidence.

I don't think it was the work of "some pot head" and I think it was actualy a scientific experiment on how the public reacts to lack of information. I'm sure it pissed some people off but to say its just a joke is over looking how all these people reacted and freaked out about essentialy nothing
