Well, let me start by saying. It's absurd to think our payouts would be so high if the ls bank were being pwned all the time by stealing from Tempus or Markus or anybody else.
Second, if people did know this was about to happen, they were ignored a lot because trust was somewhat misplaced.
Third, the bank balance argument is nothing more than a scapegoat. Before the first request for putting up a post about the balance, many people (more than were acknowledged) knew of the coming exit. It's a bit much in my opinion to call it betrayal. If you want to leave, go. There are 5,000 or so people online on Titan a lot of the time - we don't NEED any particular players.
And so, also, if we want to turn this into a thread about the way people talk in the ls... well... let's just say that's why we ask people's age when they apply. Nobody is trying to corrupt anybody, so if something specific offends you or you never want to be dragged into it, then it's very easily resolved, /tell the person to stop, if bad enough /tell a sackholder because if it doesn't stop then that's an offense big enough for immediate crushing. In most cases, people are too scared to actually say anything and that is unfortunate for them, but honestly just say something if you feel it needs to be addressed. The ones that are put in charge can handle that kind of stuff.
So, I hope everybody starts getting along again. It's hard when several leave at once, but that usually only means that they're more devious, not that the LS they left is more undesirable.
Also, if you quit, then yes your boards access should be limited immediately, you have no business reading the gods strats, bank drop items, points balances, ToDs, or anything else if you say you're quitting.

Whoever continues to post about this needs to understand that we're just playing a game here. Just get along please - it's supposed to be fun, not work or stressful in any way.

I dont let myself get offended when there are so many ppl in the shell at any given time and the diversity is so great, there are bound to be things said or done that someone won't like. If I feel Chat is out of hand, I always address it directly in the linkshell, because of places I have worked and respondsibilities given to me, I've had to learn to be blunt, to the point and not afraid to speak up regardless of who likes what i think or not.
I think that the bulk of the issues here lie with a handful of people, of which i am not one. Many people speaking here today are also not in the handful of people that had [glow=red,2,300]"a parting of ways"[/glow]. The best thing that each of us can do is drop our defensive stance and consider what is the best move we can each make from this point on so that we collectively as EO pick up our heads hanging low, find our path again and just move on... Bidding those that parted good will and lifting up those who remain, were directly involved and feel betrayed.

I am calm. What aggitates me, is she quit the LS. Badmouthed Shellholders, members, called SH's Liars, and said they ignored her cries of persecution.. then goes on to cause 5 pages of drama about it.
I like you Corran, I respect you, but this has progressed throughout the day and I think you may have missed the begining. She already quit the shell; she's just still here to ruffle feathers and cause drama.

U know i dont think stealing was ever implied. I think it was. I think certainly it was in game yesterday based on some conversations. I just wanted to make sure everybody knows how absurd that would be to consider as an actual thought like that. |

Yes, Aly, I also hope that we can begin to turn respect filters back on in this ls and start to ignore those just causing trouble and holding on to the members that actually care about or respect others.
I think my brother was singing this song a few years ago (he was 5 or so): "The more we work together the happier we'll be."

Actually i was not here ruffling feathers as code is so putting it.. I was here answering friends questions as to why i left and to let them know that just ONE more person among many have left the shell because of Codene and his ignorant, nasty and degrading mouth he uses towards people.
Corran i agree with you as far as moving on, i have been in this shell for 9 months and things needed to be said. But of course Code always steps in and just degrades people and smashes them about their age and miss spelling of words.. i will not stoop to his lvl and be like him..
I was stating what i tried to state before i even said i was done .. and leaving.. but they did not address it till i said i was leaving then code has his fits of insanity and starts insulting people.
But i said what i needed to and people are able to see Codene for what he really is and others that just come in and degrade people instead of actually having a conversation.
