You might want to look into getting a video card with a larger memory interface. That one you have linked is 192 bit. I recommend looking into getting one that is 256 bit even if it has slightly less video memory on it.
You might also want to pick up a little bit more RAM than 4 Gb as that is a little bit on the low side as it stands currently and 6 Gb or 8 Gb would be a better investment for you.

I second getting more memory, and also I don't think a 560 is all too much more than a 550. You might be able to find a decent power supply for less as well, you could check out reviews on TigerDirect and Newegg to find a power supply that's a bit cheaper but packs just as much oomph + you might want to find a modular one, it's nice to not have wires dangling in your case, you also might not need much more than a 600w

I would grab a 4gb mem stick instead of two 2's just in case you ever want to upgrade(Since mobo only has 2 mem slots). Also make sure you install the 64bit os otherwise anything over 4gb is useless (If you get more).
You can nitpick the other stuff but for what you use it for it's going to work just fine. @ power supply, I think he wanted room to grow vid card wise without worrying about having to buy a new PSU. How low can he go while being safe in that respect?
Also I think he wanted to make sure all parts were compatible. As far as I can see they are... anyone with more knowledge than I care to take a looksie?
