Definition of Warranty

Let me highlight the applicable parts.

# A guarantee given to the purchaser by a company stating that a product is reliable and free from known defects and that the seller will, without charge, repair or replace defective parts within a given time limit and under certain conditions.

What this means:

*If you drive your car into a fucking tree. Your the moron. Its your fault, and now you have to pay.

*If your car doesnt start because of a faulty battery, the company pays.

In my situation of the day

*If you broke your fucking phone, it is not, under any circumstances the liability of the manufacturer.

*If your flip stops working by itself, it may be free of charge under certain conditions.

the umbrella of the word "Warranty" does not, under any circumstances cover "Iron beam dropped on your 2 week old Nextel i860". That is not warranty. That is A DUMB FUCKING CUSTOMER. Pay up, cocksucker.

Warranty is a privilage. Not a right to be careless with a $500 piece of equipment.

with Nextel there's even 2 forms of insurance, one for mild damage (flip, housing, etc), and another for Catastrophic event. (Iron bar got dropped on your expensive phone). As I remember, this asshole didn't understand why there should be a deductible on his phone.
