Hello EO's. Over the past couple weeks we have noticed a linkshell getting to or at capacity. For those of you that dont know when EO has 64 people in it, anyone that try to use our pearl past 64 will not be aloud to join the ls. Something that has been noticed by the sackholders is that at any given time some people are AFK sleeping, working, or just afk. We ask that if you are gonna be afk for more than 1 hour. please unequip the EO pearl and put on SeeDs or unequip altogether. If there is a sky raid going on please dont use the SeeDs pearl. It might mess up our pt's. Thank you all for your cooperation.

Yea please go AFK in SeeDs when you know you will be AFK for an extended period of time. Do not go AFK in SeeDs on days that we have raids planned. I will probably break your pearl. It is enough work taking attendance and setting up alliances, having people AFK just adds to the work.
Hey! Here's an idea... How about logging out lol. o.0!

Seems kind of silly to have this fear in the back of my head for getting "busted" for AFKing with another pearl (I don't have a SeeD pearl, since I'm too low to participate in most events just yet) but I can definately understand your need to enforce policy (and lack of time to check up on each individual.) I know I've been guilty of going afk in shell a lot recently, so I'll remember this. ><

No need to have a fear in the back of your head... You can go AFK, we all can and do it. But some people go to work and school with there characters logged in. Thats like AFK for 8-10 hours.... Meanwhile we have hit maximum capacity 2 times that I have seen so far. When 64 members are in EO (and 3 are afk) and someone logs on, he will not be able to equip his EO pearl because we are full. If the people who arent playing and have no intention of playing would log out, the people who are actually playing will be able to equip pearl.
AFK in SeeDs during a raid will make taking attendance confusing for whoever is taking attendance. This is the only pearl I have threatened to break and I will just give the person another one. As it is every SKY raid I hand out like 4 pearls.

FYI, if you go AFK in EO and we hit 64 and I get a tell from a sackholder who cant wear their pearl... Ask me for a pearl when you get back, k? Yes Im serious. No its not personal. Yes you will get a pearl back. So lets not get that far please.
