So im thinking to replace Windows Vista by windows 7, got some good feedback on the forums tellim me its improving the perfomance of your PC i currently have a HP-DV1225ca,
should it or not?

friend at work says win 7 is way way better then vista. just remember when the beta expires you may have issues downgrading, full wipe and reinstall sort of issues if you dont go to the paid version then. thats really the only negative ive heard so far.

cool. i will do it tonight probably, wotn take long i guess, but yeah full wipe is necessary just to erase all the bug neway,

so i upgraded to windows 7 and it is mind blowing, i reduced by 40% my ram and processor usage, its GOOD insane

I preordered it already. I'll be upgrading to 7 from Vista. Although that too is a clean wipe I believe.

yeah i will have to wipe my comp but asd of now im doing backup of everything so at the last min i wont have a headache to backup everything lol

I've got the RTM of Windows 7 at work and currently loving it. The beta is really no different; the license will last you until next year March I believe.

Since I just bought a new computer about a month ago, it came with the upgrade to 7 that I have not done as of yet. I am glad to hear good things, I have been cautious about what I have downloaded to my computer as I don't want to lose to much doing a full wipe, most of the stuff I have downloaded is on an external drive so it should be fairly easy, just need to find the time I guess to do it!
