How the fuk do you get the character recovery to work... i've sent emails and i tried the live chat but the live chat never connects me to a person and all i get are blasted auto responses from the emails..... anybody have a clue?

As long as it hasnt been 3 months since you deleted it you should get it back. If it has been longer than 3 months, lie lol.
