Yea dude Locke, I was almost as shocked to see it returned as I was the day it was stolen. The one and only rat bastard himself sent it back. And no, he apparently did not delete that character. Gurkham found him online bazaaring a Kracken club.

My whole theory on it was this... and at the time I thought it was too optimistic, but now it's a bit more probable I was hoping that smurf had truly not gotten your delivery yet, cause of lag. But, when he got your delivery, he either DCed or had to rush out the door to work. I think it was a DC because he didn't respond to any of your tells. So he may have pulled the money out, and by the time you got back to the delivery people to cancel the delivery, it was gone and he was DCing he sent 10 million back because the transaction was bungled. He was scared that if he sent you the tunic, you might reneg on sending the final 3 million because you weren't online the next time he got on, in order for him to complete the transaction with discussion. yeah... perhaps i am too optimistic  |

Actually broken, I have to agree with you, and everyone knows my feelings on optomistic crap like that.. Seriously, there -have- been delivery issues this past week or so according to SE, and even normally Ive sent something to someone and its taken 5 min to get there. It could very well have been a case like that.
