lol, man i tell yah for over a year now my poor pc has suffered from a slight affliction with the symptoms of network setup wizard not starting, only my LAN connection showing up under my network places, and only being able to disconnect from the net by either unplugging phone line from the modem or turning the power off on my modem(did this till i broke the power button on modem, power button now taped down

) or shuttin my system down. So as u can see long has this probelm troubled me even worse since i went to school to learn how to be a pc tech and network administrator. recently as in 5 mins b4 posting this message i finally after much screwing around perodically over the year+ some i have finally fix'd the problem that has vex'd me so!!!
amazing enough it was a pos microsoft service that after some update back then no longer worked quite right!
what is the name of this evil service that has plagued me for all this time?!? None other than the QoS Packet Scheduler! an what does the first 3 letters stand for Quality of Service!! how could such an innocent sounding file be the base of such evils! anyhow hopefully if any other poor Dialup user out in the high speed internet world is suffering from such evils just uninstall that QoS service
