First one I used a mix of colored pencils and art pens, watercolors, and finishing in photoshop. Second one was just photoshop colored with the help of the BPelt color flatting plugin. I had never really done coloring entirely in photoshop before but I saw a tutorial video for it so I figured I'd try it.
