Hey all you chocobo-raising peoples, I just ran across something disturbing that I figured I should post up here real quick, in case you hadn't heard of it: chocobo sleeping sickness. Apparently there's a bug SE is still working on where a chocobo put on the "Rest" care plan may not wake up. It will still implement later care plans (i.e. Listen to Music) but you won't be able to feed it, care for it, etc. Some people have reported their chocobos spontaneously waking up and being okay, others have been stuck for days on end. My chocobo has fallen prey to this horrible disease and been asleep for the past two days, and it's "starving".  So be wary about putting your chocobo on the "Rest" care plan! It could happen to YOU! |

I went with the "battered and deep fried" care plan. Worked out deliciously.

I went with the "battered and deep fried" care plan. Worked out deliciously. Huh. I always figured you for a "Colonel's Original Recipe" kinda guy. |

Alright, I finally harvested my crops, and so if anyone needs any grasses for their chocobos I have 12 clumps of Tokopekko Wildgrass and 8 bunches of Azouph Greens. Of course, by now other people have had time to grow and auction their grasses so it's not so big of a deal (Tokopekko is still going for 10k apiece) but I'm still offering these free of charge to any Orphans' chocobos that need them. Just send me a PM or /tell ingame. Hope your chocobos are all well and happy.  |

Just stick with it and it'll wake up-- mine did, but only because it got sick again. Probably because I wasn't able to feed it.  |
