Some Japanese hip hop, which has been around since the early 80s: It should be noted that rapping in Japanese is extremely difficult because we don't have stresses in Japanese language... and sentences usually end in a vowel sound. So those that rap, and rap well, are especially talented for that. heh

I replaced it with a 1978 recording before the 5th MC joined him (so it was the Furious 4 MCs instead of the Furious Five). |

damn, after reading around I just found out one of my favorite producers died last month. RIP Jun "Nujabes" Seba Probably the best hip hop producer in Japan and one of the best in the world. His whole catalog was so solid, no weak beats mixed in. They are all pretty good to amazing.

A friend on JTV introduced me to Nujabes a long ass time ago. Idk, it's pretty cool lol... I remember people used to tell me to pick my pants up and that Hip Hop was a fad like disco. Silly, angry people.
Everyone knows the beat box, he's been around for years now and he is pretty damn amazing!
