Modified a bit. Still having fun and coming along. Leveling a host of other jobs so I can be w/e when a large group goes out. Updated My checklist will probably be as follows: [X] Contact Tibentt, become official holder of sacks for Edeas Orphans. [X] Contact any and all former Orphans I can get ahold of. [X] Do basic Rapsody Missions, get Trusts, get level 99 gear. Expand storage [X] Deck out Blu and Pld. Pld will be secondary job. 3rd job might be scholar.[] Level additional jobs, Pld, Bst, Smn, Blm, Geo, and Whm. [] Get decent gear for above jobs. [] Learn how to play above jobs. [ ] Conquer Dynamis [X] Finish ToAU [X] Finish WOTG [X] Conquer Abyssea [X] Conquer Ground (Kings) [X] Conquer Sky (Kill Kirin) [ ] Conquer Sea (Absolute Virtue) [ ] Conquer Whatever was in TOAU [X] Finish Seekers Expansion [X] Finish Rapsodies [] Finish Vagary [] Finish Sinister Reign [] Win Omen [] Kill Pandemonium Warden [X] Complete Valor Armor Set - finished today w/Locke My list will grow, there's actually still a lot of CONTENT I haven't played. Amazing I have played for 5 months now and not really done any grinding. Just been playing content. Just finished RoV, not sure what I am going to do next. |

My remaining checklist if I came back would be: [ ] Maat's Cap (need to beat him with WHM, BLM, RDM, BRD, RNG, DRG, SAM, SMN and BST) [ ] Kraken Club (I went 0/30 soloing the Up in Arms BCNM with my LV 60 Scholar, actually quite fun) [ ] Mandau to 119 (THF Relic, it's at 109) [ ] Cap THF Job Points (long way to go) I haven't played since September (about 6 months ago). I was able to complete my relic upgrade (Mandau), and I capped Job Points on THF. Had a lot of fun partying with Bridger and Draish, and carrying on the spirit of Titan. I was working on PLD but got burned out. Wasn't really up for grinding out any more r/e/a/m weapons or leveling another job. [x] Mandau to 119 (THF Relic, it's at 109) [x] Cap THF Job Points (long way to go) I'll probably reactivate at some point. |

[ ] Kraken Club (I went 0/30 soloing the Up in Arms BCNM with my LV 60 Scholar, actually quite fun) This BC is pretty easy. I used to dual box it back in the day and got really lucky by getting a club in less than 10 runs. Karasu was so mad at me because they had a dedicated group trying for a drop, and they never got it. I got banned less than a week later lol. |

Basically done. There's been some new content to the game, but not much is left on my bucket list. I actually haven't played much the last 6 months. Wow I started playing again about 4.5 years ago. By far the longest active run I have ever had.
Think I'll finish up my Nirvana, and do some of the new content and then be done. I did a lot and my interest has pretty sharply dropped off.

Nice job Bridger! Did you get the Idris for your GEO? Is the new dynamis any good? I'm "between games" at the moment. Got the Platinum trophies for MLB the Show 21 (20th PS5 player to get it), Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Cyberpunk 2077, FF7 Remake and Ghost of Tsushima. Nothing really enticing on the horizon besides FF7 PS5 version in June, but I've already played it. Feel like I could reactivate my account in FFXI and run around a bit. Don't see myself getting back into the grind.

Yes, my Geo is maxed out.
Is the new dynamis any good?
I had fun with it. Geting the new gear, upgrading, and getting a R15 Relic Weapon has been fun. My Blu and especially my War were pretty good destroyers. I was one of the top DPS with my War in the shell.

Ya I have been doing PS4 games also. I got the platinum in FF7 Remake, and went back and did FF15. Almost have the Uncharted 4 Platinum, and the PS3 Uncharted 1 Platinum lol.
I was doing Uncharted 1 and FF15 before I started replaying FFXI back in 2016.
Might come back in a year or so, there's some new content, but I'm waiting for Empyrean +2/+3 gear at this point.

Would have been fun to play alongside you but the game just couldn't keep my attention. I activated my account a couple months ago, and when I signed on, Stahn / Mookies was on. Played with him a little bit but RL pulled me away and I deactivated. Been playing a bit of RDR2 online, AEW Elite GM for mobile and nothing else really. There's nothing on the horizon I'm really interested in either. Sad state of affairs ATM, everything is just recycled IP. |

[]Voracious Resergence
For Master Levels, it's not quite as strong as a regular level, but you can take your character up, and each 5 let's you level up your subjob. I'll probably max out master levels on War and Blu, maybe Smn.
There is some slightly better gear in Odyssea I might work on, but basically my jobs are still pretty well decked out, but at like 90% instead of 100%. There's more bang for your buck leveling up master levels than better gear for me at the moment.

Nirvana is done, I just got it today. Onto the new content now. If I get bored I guess I can play the Crystaline Prophecy and other Add-on scenario, I guess I never did do those 2.
