AliceIts actually a neat thing if you can figure it out. Its really really simple if you have any VB knowlege. It gives it programming more of a interface than just words words words. The version is kinda buggy. Its hard has hell to get any textures in without crashing the program. It has no collision detection, yet, next version with the sims characters will. There is some pretty neat things it can do if you have the time, patience, and resources. Check out some of these student projects. We didnt do anything cool like these though. A buddy and I got credit for doing an independent study and writing a paper of our results messing with the program. My school is thinking of adding a game design curriculum and this is kinda the start. All we did was make a scaled walk through of one of the buildings at school, complete with textures and ability to move around. Kinda like a first person shooter, only no enemies. Idk, its nothing special. It filled some credits lol.
