Once upon a time I considered eo as one of my dream guilds when I first started playing this game. However something happened in-between that that time in the burning crusades and now. I am witness to the ongoing decline of the quality of this guild. I'm not trying to be an elitest when I'm saying this but the majority of the current " Raiders " need to have their hand held the majority of the time and be instructed multiple times to use abilitys and do things that will benefit the raid as a whole. Also the leadership is there however it's not exactly stable by any means. Ty you personally took Alot of the fun out of raiding for me. I doubt you did it on purpose. But come on man your the one leading and directing the raid the majority of the time sound a little more enthusiastic about it and the rest of the raid will respond. I for one am all for helping people. I like to see my guild progress as a whole but when those people that we try to help show extremely slow to no signs of bettering themselves it's at that point I feel like I'm wasting my time. The release of firelands has proven my point the whole zone is a "Move or Die" mechanic which a large majority of people have failed at And showed very slow to no signs of fixing this lack of raid awareness. I feel like raiding with eo is like running a daycare center. When ever attempt nos aeri Ty or womper as well as a few others are calling out this person move that person move and calling upwards of 5 times for a single abilty then raiding becomes a job and I'm here to have fun and progress not help carry people who refuse to improve. I don't see the direction eo is taking as something I want to be doing down the road so I wish you all good luck.

I wish you luck in your pursuit of a new guild on Illidan. I hope you find what it is you are looking for. It was fun times raiding with you and now I'll have to find someone else to lock down Sons of the Flame on Ragnaros and Blazing Talon Initiates on Alysrazor with me.

I would like to say though, and I'm speaking from personal experience here, the chances you will find a guild that is completely devoid of people who need to have their hands held at any point is slim to none. I've been a GM in multiple guilds, I've been a "peon" in multiple guilds as well. Even in the best guild I've been in to date, and we cleared all of BT in a month-ish, there was still people who needed their hands held and had to constantly be reminded that fire is not a haste buff and etc. That being said I do wish you luck, in WoW and in culinary school, and I hope you find a guild that suits you better than EO.

gl, tho i find those who claim others make mistakes are no where perfect themselves. i also would like to add that i would personally appreciate it if these sudden epiphanies of not wanting to be in EO could occur before taing heroic loot. Im sure that was just a coincidence.
