Nah...they are getting sued by Take Two for failing to deliver the product as stated in their contract.

And frankly, I hope that Take Two wins. Yahtzee hit the nail on the head, in my opinion. There is no reason that game should ever have been allowed to take as long as it did (especially considering how mediocre it ended up looking towards the end,) and their publisher must love continuing to throw money at a product that has basically zero chance of seeing daylight.
Starcraft II is currently in online closed beta for balance testing. It should release this year (probably waiting for the holiday season.)
FFXIII is still on track for... I have to admit, I'm having a hard time remembering, but I want to say early next year in Japan.
I haven't heard anything about the new Square-Enix MMO.
