K-os is kind of a hybrid thing, good music though. He mixes a lot of different elements together smoothly. He's Canadian, he's alright I guess. Im not a big fan. Hybrid is an accurate and polite way of describing his style. I would call quite a few of your links hybrids tbh. Yea, I dont really care what category a song or artist is considered, as long as theres creativity behind the work. As long as it contains a spark that catches the ear and the imagination.

This next one is a lot harder and grittier than most Nujabes stuff. The background is its from the final scene in Samurai Champloo where a ronin gets approached by an assassin of the shogunate and theyre about to get busy and try to kill each other. Definately got that "Its time to kill some shit" vibe.
