Oh a sewing Machine... that opens up SOOO many more possibilities than I originally had in mind... For starters... I know that McCall's has alot of Lord of the Rings patterns. You could probably find one of those and adapt it with different colors/trims.
I was originally thinking of something built out of craft foam sheets over a Bra and dark Leggings. I would probably form the shoulders out of Crayola's Model Magic painted once it was dry. Using costume Football shoulder pads for the support if I could find them.
Damnit. Now I want to make a Halloween costume!

Your in Boston. I would go check out Boston Costume/The Garment district. Supposedly they have really great costumes/costume parts for relatively cheap.
Do you have any pics of gearsets/themes that your interested in looking like. I have done some costuming in the past and might be able to help come up with some ideas.

Nuts ARE healthy, we just coat them with salt and blend them with sugar and then eat 6 servings as a snack.
The same could actually be said for most foods. Except hot pocket. Those things are almost as evil as Bizuri before his morning cup of coffee.

true story.
My dad downloaded a bunch of carpenter tools for his iphone.. like a level and a tape measure you use by sliding the phone across a surface.
I asked him where the hammer was.
