^ Good post, even though I only know who about 1/2 those people are, it's still cool seeing the early days of what would become (in some fashion) EO. Wish we could do a WoW version because there was some real crazy stories that happened during TBC but I probably forgot the majority of it. FFXI sounded like a lot of fun but I don't think my internet at that time could have handled an MMO. As a side note I've been playing again recently, just casually. WHY CAN'T I QUIT YOU?!?!?!

Dear EO, I miss youse guys. Was bored and looking at some old posts in here tonight and man, we had some fun times before things got all super-serial and the game stopped being fun. Anyways, hope you are all doing well. I haven't really played WoW in about 1 1/2 years now other than a brief return to level a couple new toons up about six months ago. I'll probably play again someday but the 'magic' is most definitely gone. <3 Grim

www.newegg.com/www.tigerdirect.com/Best Buy is likely to be overpriced for what you get plus they'll do their best to aggressively shove a Best Buy warranty (whether you have a manufacturer's warranty or not) down your throat. And then if something actually DOES go wrong w/ your PC down the line, it's like pulling teeth to get them to actually honor the warranty you purchased from them. Best Buy is probably the worst place to buy a new PC IMO. Their bad business practices are finally starting to hurt them (they lost money last year and had a huge drop off in holiday sales from the previous year) and Amazon is (rightfully) taking all their business away.

I don't actually use any of my minimap buttons. A lot of my addons come with them, I just move the button out of the way of where my pvp queue button/dungeon queue button/available mail button and where it ends up is where it ends up.
For keybinds, all I use currently (and this is recent, I used to click EVERYTHING) is the 12 numeric keys (1-=) on the side of my mouse. Once I get used to that, since it still feels alien to me atm, I'll start binding some stuff that is good to have on the fly (Rebirth, Innervate, etc). I figure if I do it gradually I'll be able to keep up with it, whereas if I just bound everything now it would take me forever to figure out where my binds are, and I'd probably just click anyways to save time. Five years of a bad clicking habit... going to take time to l2play the 'proper' way. But I'm working on it!
I still click EVERY SINGLE ABILITY in our raids.... I know, I know... but one or two mistakes or moments of hesitation about what button does what and my rotation falls apart. Kitties are already in a pretty bad place this tier expansion so I can't afford to suck while I relearn everything. LFR is my current testing ground, and once I feel comfortable w/ it I'll start using keybinds exclusively.

Took me all xpac to do it, but I hit my goal today. And yeah, I have the 10-odd silver required to FULLY cap out, but it won't let you loot any sold AH mail that'll take you to a million or above. You'll just get the message that I captured in my SS. Now I just need a Swift Spectral Tiger in the AH to spend it on...

Idk what this video is about, but it makes me want to use my Horde Balloon in the MoP pet battles.

If you're talking Fri/Sat runs, I get home on Fridays around 9:30pm servertime so anytime after that is fine. On Saturdays I alternate the closing shift weekly w/ someone else, so I'll be home about 9:30pm one week, then 11:30pm the next, then 9:30pm the following, and so on and so forth.

I'll go if it happens when I'm online but at the times you've suggested I'm usually at work. If one ever happens when I'm online I'm down to go.

That's an example of a really good TNA match IMO. Petey Williams' finisher is my favorite of any wrestler, ever.
And yeah, the Japanese wrestlers take really hard head bumps. No idea how they do it, I'd imagine they all have pretty severe brain damage by their mid 30s.

No Mercy for the 64 was my favorite by far. I tried the SD vs Raw games but just couldn't get into them for whatever reason. And just like you, I used to be a huge wrestling fan. I think I stopped watching around the same time as you or shortly thereafter (2003 or so). My three favorite wrestlers during the Attitude era were Mick Foley, The Rock, and Jericho. By 2003, Mick Foley had more or less retired and The Rock had gone on to do Hollywood movies. That left Jericho, but WWE wasn't doing much with him at the time. Fucking HHH was the Heavyweight Champ for like 3 years straight and it just got boring. If he ever dropped the belt, you could be fairly certain he'd either win it back the next night on Raw or he'd get it back at the next PPV. I think he pretty much hogged the title up until WWE started to really push Cena, but that's about the same time I stopped watching. Cena fucking sucked. I dunno, I guess people were getting hurt alot or something and WWE decided to go back to a slower type of match with less big spots. Why they would do that after having MASSIVE success with the faster, spot-heavy type of matches in the late 90's will always be a mystery to me. Regardless, the 'new' match type was boring to me and I gradually lost interest as more and more of the wrestlers I came to admire during the Attitude era retired/left/got let go.
TNA still has some good matches, at least when the younger wrestlers are there. I don't think ANYONE wants to see Hogan vs. Sting for the 5 billionth time. That was done REALLY well in 1997 and I don't think there's much to add to it 14 years later. Nash was my favorite wrestler back when I started watching wrestling and hadn't gotten into WWF yet, only WCW. But he's all old and tore up now. TNA would be great if they'd just get rid of all the 50+ y.o.'s. A few people of that age can put on good matches (Terry Funk, Ric Flair) but most of the time they're better used for interviews or managers or w/e.
ECW>all, but unfortunately I didn't get into them until they had already gone under. I still watch old ECW matches on dvd or youtube from time to time, even though I wouldn't call myself a wrestling 'fan' anymore.

Ahhh..... Buzzcocks. Back when punk was actually punk. 'Ever Fallen In Love' was on the playlist on my mp3 player I used to use back when I'd walk to my classes in college... great song. And now of course I have to post some other good punk songs that were on that same playlist. ^_^ This was one of the old, shitty pre-Ipod mp3 players that only held like 25 songs. Hopefully at least a few of those are bands you don't already know, I'm not sure how much punk you listen to. Obviously DK and stuff everyone knows, but maybe some of the last ones. The Muffs in particular are probably the greatest band in the world that no one has heard of. I know you like NOFX, if you know the song 'Lori Meyers', she's the chick who sings the female vocals on that song, lead singer of the Muffs. Then again, since you (Nos) live in SoCal maybe they had a bigger following locally and you'd know of them. God.. so much good punk came out of SoCal in the 80's and 90's, makes me jealous.

If you haven't seen it before, this video is fucking crazy. Song is good too if you're into this kind of stuff, I know it's not for everyone.
